Pricing and Conditions of Hire
1) Users can book any time slot from 1 hour to full day/weekend 2) Hire cost is $3.50 per room per hour4) Exclusive use of the kitchen comes only with booking both the Puriri and the Kowhai Rooms at the same time, otherwise this facilitity is shared.
5) It is a condition of hire that the User Group signs and returns the User Group Agreement Form.
6) Payment is required before commencement of the Hire. Groups booking for the whole year can pay quarterly in advance.
7) Regular Users may have a Front Door Key ( refundable deposit of $15.00).
8) Existing bookings take priority
9) Room availability is Monday to Sunday 8.00am to 9.00pm
10) The facility must be left in a neat clean and orderly condition. If cleaning is required, a cleaning fee of $60.00 (minimum) will be charged.11) The user is responsible for ensuring the lights are off, the heaters are off and the facility is left locked and secure after use.
